Check In’s

Check In’s are used to maintain communication between the YogaWorks Program Advisor and Partner. To produce a successful training, clear and consistent communication is required! On your initial programming call, you will establish your preferred mode of communication (email, google docs, call) with your Program Advisor.

When: 6 months+ prior to the training Check In’s will be bi-weekly. 3 weeks prior to the Meet the Trainer/Info session event Check In’s become more frequent.

Who: The Program Advisor or International Partner will communicate the following

1) Number of total leads.
2) RSVP for Meet the Trainer.
3) How many leads have converted to applicant?
4) Marketing efforts of the week.
(ie. Boosted a post on Facebook and it received 3 shares and 24 likes, went to the local military base and spoke to spouses about he mycaa program.)
5) Biggest roadblocks and/or wins?
(ie. I have had 3 students express concern about the cost. / From the boosted Facebook post I have 1 lead who registered!)
6) Things to note: As the training gets closer we will be discuss programming logistics. Your YogaWorks Program Advisor will bring these to your attention when the time comes. (ITI status, housing, transportation ect).
