Marketing Timeline

1 year – 6 months before the start date of the training

  1. Set Training Dates / Create Schedule
  2. Exchange Logos
  3. Training up on YogaWorks website
  4. Training up on Partner studio’s website
  5. Marketing collateral created Marketing kick off call
  6. Review registration process and materials
  7. Post on local event calendar listings (i.e. Eventbrite, yoga community boards/groups)
  8. EBLAST #1: Announce the training to all of your students!

4 – 5 months before your start date

  1. Set up full Teacher Training Display in Partner Studio (*See Partner website for details)
  2. Establish weekly check-in emails with Program Advisor  (*See Partner website for details)
  3. Select In-Training Intern (ITI)
  4. Educate studio staff and teachers about the training
  5. Begin online marketing push (*See partner website for details)
  6. EBLAST #2: Announce the Meet the Trainer event to your community, or incorporate into Newsletter

2 – 3 months before your start date

  1. Increase Meet the Trainer promotion via social media, in-class announcements, newsletters, etc.
  2. Jointly evaluate training interest (leads & enrollments)
  3. Boost social media posts as needed
  4. YW initiates trainer involvement to boost marketing, as applicable
  5. EBLAST #3: Remind community of Meet the Trainer and/or early bird deadline

1 month before your start date

  1. Increase Meet the Trainer promotion via social media, in-class announcements, newsletters, etc.
  2. Promote Training Countdown on social media and website
  3. EBLAST #4: Last Chance message and reminder
