Your staff and teachers are the main point of contact with your students,so it’s essential to get them educated and excited about the training. There are two important steps to follow that will serve this purpose:
1. Once the training dates are set, set up a Skype call with your trainer and the staff and teachers (4-8 months in advance of the training). Let this be an informal and personal way to introduce the training to your studio family.
2. Invite them to attend the Meet the Trainer event (if you are hosting one). Let them know this is a priority (and a great opportunity to take a free class and learn something new about what’s happening in their community).
For both options, you have the option to incentivize them to attend with something you know they’d appreciate. We ideally like to incentivize with more yoga. Think about what would be valuable to them.
