Eblast

Eblasts are neatly designed emails (using Constant Contact or a similar service) announcing upcoming events to your student base.

When to send: You’ll want to send at least three TT dedicated eblasts:

  1. The Announcement of the training’s arrival
  2. Announcement of the info session/earlybird date (1 week before event)
  3. Final eblast 1-2 weeks before the training begins, letting students know this is their last chance to sign up.  In addition, please have some catchy information about the training in each eblast newsletter you send out over the course of the Marketing Cycle.
How to send: Instead of just sending dates & information (tend to get immediately deleted), give your students something to connect to and communicate the information through one of the following methods:

A) Write a personal note letting them know why you are bringing the teacher training to your studio. This lends credibility to the training and helps to bridge the gap for any students who are uninformed about YogaWorks.
